In our Code of Conduct, we have consolidated binding rules of behavior whose observance we expect from everyone—employees, the Executive Board, and the Supervisory Board of Kelag alike. This also applies to all subsidiaries and therefore to the entire Kelag Group.

This Code of Conduct is intended to encourage us to act responsibly and with integrity, serving as a common guideline that conveys the essential principles of compliant and ethical behavior. At the same time, it presents Kelag’s values and principles for responsible corporate conduct.

We also expect our business partners to act in accordance with our values and principles and to demonstrate their commitment to lawful and ethical conduct.

The Kelag provides a whistleblower system. It enables external whistleblowers to easily and confidentially report potential legal violations or breaches of compliance.
